About This Lot

Rolling terrain, there is a low lying area between the fist lot on Mazatlan and the second lot. The lot has a nice wide hump on it that would be the place for a house pad to be graded. The roads are not very well maintained because there are no houses real close to this lot. Once a building permit is issued the road will be better maintained. The lot would need to be staked and flagged to verify water is at the street. Has not had a percolation test.
