"Hardrath House" - An Architecturally and Historically Significant Atomic Ranch. Howard Hardrath was an avid follower of Joseph Eichler and a driving force in developing/building Northcrest subdivision. In true modernist philosophy, the setting is just as important as the design. Hardrath lived there for 60 years until he died at the age of 98.
