Follow down and around the right turning bend, the road flattens out and you are 2/10th of mile from the property. Road is on edge of property. All property is on the left side of the road, very steep downward slope, heavy tree cover. There is an easment that allows a bit of access on an undevelopmed logging road that starts before you get to the property, but there is no developed access to the flat prortion at the bottom of the slope. There are survey flags marking where the proeprty starts and ends along the road. There is a white Back Stage Pass sign on a tree where the property starts, and an old car parked on the road near the end of the property. Look for flagging in trees. So, how would you access this property? Without considerable grading and road development this property can only be accessed by parking along the road, and walking down the hill
