This beautiful home is split into two sections, and the listing is for the use of the lower-level unit. There is a separate home on the second and third floor that is not included with this rental. The two units are both private and separated by their own entrances. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Please remove your shoes when indoors. Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
