Every so often a property comes around that has much more to it than meets the eye. This property is one of those. Back in 1978 when the current owner developed the property he had over 85 loads of Pepeekeo sandyloam soil brought to the property. In addition to that in the following years, they had over 32 cubic yard truck loads of various sized cinders brought to the property. This family farm was an active ginger farm for many years, as well as a low acid pineapple farm and a sod farm.
In addition to the 1600 sf home with living room and family room the owners added a three vehicle garage and store room to the structure with permits attaching them via a covered walkway. The 600+ long driveway was also paved and added on through the years and the property is fully fenced.
