As of November 2024

Bought 3 years ago as an investment, this home went through a $40k remodel. Work on the outside involved a new roof, lots of new siding, all new windows, and exterior paint. We replaced the garage door and added an opener, then installed irrigation in the yard and a french drain to move the water from back to front. Inside we replaced the HVAC system, the light and plumbing fixtures, retextured all the walls and ceilings, and replaced the entire kitchen with new cabinetry, granite counters, and new appliances to include the refrigerator (included in the sale) and a microwave vent hood. All new flooring throughout the home is ceramic tile except for the bedrooms done in carpet. Made a fantastic, headache-free, rental but now being sold as part of a 1031 exchange.
