Strictly no pets are permitted, and no indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If house rules or those of the OTA community are violated, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for unused nights.
