It's a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach via private neighborhood access to Anastasia State Park. St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm are less than 2 miles away, and downtown is 3.5 miles away.
The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount. This home is not suitable for parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the house rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
