If you want a townhouse in Villa La Cresta, and you want to have a lake view from the INSIDE, the only units that offer that are the ones on Via Pendio Drive. The owner of this particular unit repainted all the walls including faux painting in the bedrooms, entry, and above the fireplace. replaced all the carpeting, plumbing fixtures and overhead operator, added crown molding and a water softener, converted the hall bath into a three quarter, and painted the garage floor with that cool confetti paint. It already had solid surface counter tops and maple cabinetry in the kitchen, and ceramic tile in the dining room, kitchen, laundry, entry, and bathrooms. In its entire life, this virtually brand new unit has probably been used ten times.
