This peaceful beach escape offers a relaxing retreat away from the high-rise condos, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Lagoon on the other.
As a guest of this resort, you’ll enjoy year-round swimming in the spacious pool. If laps in the pool and swimming in the ocean are not enough to keep you active, there is surf and sun on one side and fishing and boating on the other. The location is perfect for fishing, with two docks featuring benches and lighting, and a fish cleaning station on the east dock. Enjoy dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover, a beach shower with both body and foot showers, a large main pool and hot tub, refinished tennis courts with lighting, a shuffleboard court, and two grilling areas.
Parking is available with limited spaces for a maximum of two cars. Parking passes can be purchased onsite for $30 per pass during working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
