We have a studio available with its individual private entry, dedicated private complimentary washer/dryer, and free WiFi. The rent is $750/month.

Our apartments are within walking distance of Temple University’s main campus and the subway station, with a grocery store, theater, and restaurants nearby.

Important Notes:
• Smoking, illicit drug use, and pets are strictly prohibited inside the building.
• All applicants must undergo a background check at their own expense.
• Special offers are available for full-time college students (conditions apply).
• Single occupancy only—each room is for one student.

To apply, the following are required:
A) A completed rental application
B) Payment of three months’ fees to move in: first and last month’s rent plus a one-month security deposit, and one qualified co-signer. If no co-signer is available, a two-month deposit is required. Deposits are refundable within 30 days of move-out, assuming no damages.
C) Proof of income or employment verification.
