As of September 2018We have enjoyed the spaciousness and charm of this older home for 33 years. We've raised our four children and eight grandchildren in this house. It holds many wonderful memories for all of us. The construction of plaster walls and ceilings have made for a quiet home and the French doors allow us to close off the sun room, dining room and living room if you need more privacy. When the grand kids came along the sun room was turned into a toy room. The large open space of the living/family room was great for family and neighborhood parties. The lot and a half size of the yard made for plenty of room for the kids to play along with flower gardens and a peaceful presence to the backyard.
