Dogs are allowed with a pet fee per dog for the entire stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash system when outside and may never roam into neighbors' yards. An EV car charger receptacle is installed and ready. Kayaks are available. A new retaining wall and pier system are scheduled for May 2026.

Remove shoes inside and rinse off sand/dirt before entering. Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Use provided makeup remover wipes to avoid using towels for makeup.
