About This Home

As of April 2020

After living on a small acreage for many years, we decided it was time to downsize but did not want to relinquish certain things. First, a garage that would house a long bed F-150 truck and another was privacy. We wanted to be in a retirement community with neighbors and all the recreational amenities yet needed access to a backyard that was private. We were thrilled when this house came on the market as it had our most important requirements. At first glance of the interior I felt at home. The lighting was good, kitchen footprint made sense and there was an airiness that I immediately noticed. The only change we made immediately was to have a contractor widen the south side of the house approximately 2 feet. By doing this it freed up enough space to add a bank of cabinets in the laundry/craft room as well as the garage. Over the years we did make some changes, upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms which I was more than pleased with. Finally, after much discussion, we decided to replace the windows and doors. The windows were purchased and installed by Renewal by Anderson and shortly after that the plantation shutters were installed by a local contractor. We have taken great care of this home and hope that you will love it as much as we have. Come see it today.
