Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property and in the common area laundry room, but not inside the apartment. Check-out time is 11 AM, with a $250 fee for late check-out after 11:15 AM. Moving furniture will result in a $250 fine, and an excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs.
