The RV cover on the side of the house has full electric and water hookup with sewer. The dock decking was replaced 3 years ago and the 30’x30’ boathouse was a new addition that was completed 2 years ago. It has 2 slips with one having a lift. This lot is very fortunate to have ‘deep water’, at the end of the dock with the depth averaging 7.5 – 9 feet while at the boat slip the depth averages 5 feet. Repairs that were made to the home after updates and renovations: July 2019 the heat pump and coils were replaced, Septic was pumped out in early 2020,November 2020 the shingles above the master bedroom were replaced. In the fall of 2020 the garbage disposal was replaced.
