Back on market due to no fault of seller. This house is a "fixer Upper" and is being sold "AS-IS" This house has so much potential but it does need some work, some updating, and some TLC. There is so much square footage in this house!! Tax records have it all wrong! So the original main part of the house has a den, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office that has a den area and it's own bathroom in it! In the center of the house is the kitchen, complete with beautiful oak cabinets, double ovens, separate range top, tiled back splash and a breakfast area. On the other side of the kitchen is a nice size laundry room/storage room, another room that could be used as another office, another den, music room, etc and then you have the enclosed garages off that room! So....You read that right!! This house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus 4 "den-type" rooms, an office, a kitchen, a breakfast area, a dining room, a laundry room with lots of shelves and storage, a screened-in porch, a deck, and a patio!! And that is just upstairs! There is a basement!! Yes! You read that correctly too!! I know I am rambling on and on but, ladies and gentlemen, this house goes on and on!! The basement used to have a full apartment down there but a water pipe busted many years ago and flooded it out so they took everything out - even the sheetrock-just leaving the studs and electrical wiring - but decided not to rebuild it (so no more kids would move back home!!) So it is stubbed for a full bath, a half bath, a laundry room, and a kitchen. There are a few studded up bedrooms and a den down there too! And you can access the basement from inside the house but it also has an outside entrance as well if you wanted to rent it out too. The outside entrance has its own fenced in small yard area from the exterior door too if your renters have a dog. And all of this sits on 4.29 acres of gorgeous land - some woods and some open pasture/yard with beautiful huge old trees - even a massive pecan tree right in the front yard! It is so peaceful in this country setting. Most of the neighbors are also sitting on a few acres so you have privacy. The house sits off the road so that you rarely even hear a car go by! House does need renovating/updating and is being sold "as is" but it has good bones. Roof and gutters are approximately 2 years old. HVAC for the original part of the house is approx 3 yrs old. HVAC for the MIL suite area is a little older but still clicking along. Bathrooms have that gorgeous retro tile on the floors and walls that everyone is refinishing to look awesome! Owner also says there are hardwood floors under all that carpet that needs to come out anyway! How gorgeous would those be when they are refinished?!! Has an attic fan to pull in that cool fall fresh air in the evenings. There are drop down stairs for attic storage. Screened porch and deck are only about 2 yrs old. Water heater for house is less than 10 yrs old. Water heater that services MIL suite and office bathroom was disconnected when basement was gutted so just needs to be reconnected.
