Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The backyard is a shared space, so other guests may also be enjoying the area during your stay. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement, providing a valid ID and matching credit card, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver.
