In 2020 the new deck was added and stained and sealed (measures 25 by 14). Also in 2020 a new 200 amp circuit breaker panel was added. There is fencing on 3 sides of the large yard. Now for the interior....hardwood floors throughout with the exception of 2 bedrooms. When the rehab was done in 2009 some of the items done were all new plumbing throughout, a new sliding door leading to the deck was done as was a new furnace, humidifier and Bosch tankless water heater. Also done in 2009 the kitchen completely done with cherry cabinets, granite countertops, large under mount stainless sink with disposal, JennAir refrigerator, JennAir stove and great recessed can lighting. In 2018 a new stainless dishwasher was done. The bathroom was also redone with granite tile, deep soaker tub with separate stand up shower with premium shower head and a rain shower head with custom glass door.
