? Parking: Driveway parking for 1 car only. Make sure you stay on the LEFT side of the driveway. The right side belongs to the neighbor.

? Location: Please be aware that our property is situated right next to the road, and there may be associated traffic noise. If you are sensitive to sounds, particularly road or train noise, we recommend considering this aspect before making a reservation.

? Outdoor setting: Please be aware that this property is located in a natural outdoor setting where mosquitoes may be present, especially during warmer months. We provide citronella candles and quarterly pest control to help deter these insects, but please take note that this is literally beyond hosts' control.

? Security features: This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

? Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Typically, we can accommodate a standard 4pm check-in time for same-day bookings. However, please be aware that due to the last-minute nature of your reservation, there may be instances where we cannot guarantee check-in before 7pm. If you desire an earlier arrival time, kindly inform us ASAP, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.
