The following is what the current Homeowner shared with me:: We fell in love with our house the first time we stepped inside and that love continued to grow through the years.We loved the high ceilings and openness of the first floor connecting to the second.The layout of the home also helped keep utility bills very reasonable.Having both attic and the easily accessible crawl space as well as the garage gives lots of room for storage. The entire downstairs has been a bonus - the extra family room, the large laundry room enabling walking out to the back yard or directly in to the garage as well as the extra bathroom. It's been great having 2.5 bathrooms so there was never any fighting to get to one. We didn't need 4 bedrooms but that room had various roles through the years. It was a playroom, an exercise room for a while and then a spare bedroom. It's been great having the extra bedroom.The size of the yard was perfect for us it wasn't so huge that it took too much time to maintain. We also love having the creek behind the house. The bed of the creek is deep enough that there was never the possibility of water damage but it was a great place.It's great to listen to the sound of the rushing water through the creek after a very heavy rain.I think my favorite thing about our house is the neighborhood. Hatboro-Horsham is a great school district and this home was just perfect. It is a good sized home but not so expensive that you can't afford it. Since there is no outlet in our neighborhood there is no traffic driving through other then neighbors who also live here. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. The elementary school is a short walk from our house and you pass through a nice little park along the way. It's a beautiful walk especially late in the day when you see deer along the way. Come view this jewel before it is gone, will not last long.
