No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all guests in their booking and provide information 24 hours before or after check-in. The guest whose account is used to book must be present for check-in. The property has a no-shoes policy inside and a maximum of four standard-size cars can park on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
