11. Replaced and added hinge to trap door to crawl space in closet of kitchen
12. Added lint trap to outside dryer vent to help keep lint from blowing all over yard
13. Had dining room switch plate repaired due to plate face getting hot when light was on
14. Had wainscoting added to dining room.

16. Painted/wallpapered in music room.

18. Had multiple plumbing repairs to repair all leaks.
