Enclosed laundry facilities in carport include new large-capacity LG washer and Maytag dryer with tub sink. The 2 car carport includes a large covered wood bin to keep wood dry for use in the wood-burning stove that can be used to heat the house (in addition to the electric wall heaters) on a cool winter night. The carport also has a built-in “Murphy style” drop-down picnic table and benches. The concrete floors of the carport and concrete walks are sealed and painted with black epoxy paint. allow air and light.
