The area has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and three Bluebikes stations all within a 5 min walk.

• The total rent is $4000/month ($1333/month per room)
• No broker fee
• 1 month of deposit before moving in
• In-house laundry and dryer

We are asking $400 per room to take over the existing furniture, so everything is already set up.

The current lease runs until end of August, with the possibility to extend.
