Most windows have been replaced, and it was re-roofed, some cedar shakes replaced, a steel beam added to the garage, 3.5 baths have been rebuilt or created, and the kitchen has been remodeled. The wiring & plumbing were redone and brought up to code. This does not begin to describe the stairways built, floors refinished & extensive carpentry work that has been done. The result is a magnificent, like-new property in a premier location that melds unique details with high-end finishes. Special features include a 1st FL in-law, or primary suite with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
