Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to get to the front door and parking, and the complex does not have elevators or luggage carts.
Inside the unit, new carpet and a beautifully updated bathroom invite you to rejuvenate. The remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counters is fully stocked and perfect for crafting meals or enjoying appetizers before heading to a local favorite restaurant. The ocean-view living room's expansive sliding glass doors transform your space into a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. Extra patio chairs allow you to soak in the sunset. Community amenities include a sparkling pool and spa. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils, but spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked.
The property offers a dedicated parking space in a gated garage. Community amenities include a pool and hot tubs overlooking the bluffs and a community washer and dryer close to the unit.

This house does not have air conditioning, only coastal breezes and fans. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people, including children, with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa. No smoking is allowed inside the property or anywhere in the complex, and no pets are permitted. The property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around, and construction or noise from neighbors is not monitored. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests, but supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.
For work from home, it is recommended to have a hot spot as the property does not provide one.
