When you’re ready for adventure, Newport’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and historic sights are only 20 minutes away. Everything is new here as there was a gut reno on the house finishing in 2023. There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs - one queen and one king or 2 twin beds - and a bath. There is a third bedroom off the Living Room on the main floor with a twin bed. Also a full bath on the main floor off the back hallway. There are water views from the front of the house and garden views from the back. There is a large screened porch attached to the back and east side of the house with a dining table for four. There are two TVs and high speed internet service. There is a dedicated work space in the front room looking out over the water and a separate seating area around the piano keyboard. There is a full sized washer and dryer stacked in the basement in space shared with the basement apartment. There is a basement apartment office accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house that is not included. It is often unoccupied (in use approximately two out of twelve months total for periods of a few days at a time). There is a bridge nearby but the road tire noise is not discernable while in the house. Even outside, the bridge rumbles are not particularly intrusive.
