A family looking to rent out a bedroom in a 4-bedroom townhome. Each bedroom is only permitted to have 1 tenant. The tenant will be upstairs and will share a restroom that is equipped with a full shower/bathtub with other tenants staying upstairs. Tenants have full access to the kitchen supplies, but not the refrigerator or stove. There is an outdoor stove available to tenants and each tenant also has a mini fridge in their room. There are no onsite laundry machines to use, only nearby laundry facilities and wifi is provided. There is also a community pool and tennis court that the tenants can have access to as well. Finally, all utilities are included in the price of the rent.

Family is only searching for tenants who are financially accountable, respectful with other housemates, and mindful of cleanliness and personal boundaries. Family stays downstairs and shares a bathroom, while tenants stay upstairs and share a bathroom.
