Needs a complete makeover. Lots of potential for a great country home. In general the home appears structurally sound and is proven floorplan with 3 bedrooms from the factory. However the septic permit is for a 2 bedroom (listed it as a 2 bedroom). The exterior is fair, not sure about the roof (may need replacement). There's no floor coverings, the walls have a few holes, there's a ceiling leak in the Master Bedroom bath. Paint and carper is a must. The condition of the mechanicals (water lines, electrical, HVAC, etc.) or the safety of them is not known. However, the Heat Pump is there. Cabinets are probable usable.
