Check the photos, truly special. The kitchen is house sized, and downsizers will not miss a thing. Cabinets galore. Granite counters, and an undermount sink. The fridge is three door armoire style. The kitchen floor plan is open, so people won't be bumping into each other. And of course the view, eating every meal, every cup of coffee, every glass of wine overlooking the Potomac River. Living here will spoil you. If you are an avid reader, or musician, or still working, the den/office with builtin bookcases will be your retreat. One of the nice features of this floor plan, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, so guests have their area and you have your area. The laundry room deserves an honorable mention. First, compared to other condos there is a separate house sized laundry room. Second, it is really big, with new full size front loading washer and dryer and shelving and storage and likely more room than the laundry in your former house. Yes, this is a great condo, true, but you will love the Potomac Ridge building too. Plenty of activities, movies and dinners and even a discussion group each Monday if you want to talk about current events with your illustrious neighbors. Parking: there is an indoor garage space that is an option for $150 per month. Most condos do not have garage spaces so this is a real plus year round. The secure storage space is included, and there is a photo in the online tour. Speaking of tours, depending on the website you are reading this on, there may not be a link to the 3D click through tours of the condo, or the drone aerial video of Lansdowne Woods from the air, or the latest monthly newsletter.
