Unit 209 is by far the nicest one bedroom condo in Lansdowne Woods this agent has seen in over ten years living in the community. A word about Blue Ridge. Of the five condo communities within Lansdowne Woods, Blue Ridge is far and away the most social. Yes, you can be left alone and that is up to each person. But, there is morning coffee in the party room six days a week, only fifty cents a cup. Usually about ten residents give or take. Most Saturdays a drop in dinner in the party room, bring a main course or dessert for all to share. Most months, a more formal pot luck dinner once a month. If you’re still hungry, the Gourmet Club. And Wednesday afternoon tea. In the Clubhouse, try karaoke. Or musical bingo. Or Wednesday night sing a long around the piano, You can stay home and read, and if you do, check out the book club. Or Monday movie night. I guess it is always possible to be bored, but it is not likely. Note from above comments: garage space is not included in the $312,000 condo sale price, but is $40,000 additional.
