Beautiful site with great view of the mountains! The is one of the higher sites, with no worries when the rain comes. Sit in your 12’ x 16’ Pavilion and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze as you watch the clouds come in across the mountains. Enjoy the firepit table with seats for four on the beautiful stone patio. The Pavilion has a counter that can be used for resting your favorite beverages while you watch the TV and socialize with your friends and family. The ceiling fan is a nice addition to circulate the mountain air on warm days. There are two sun-blocking shades that roll up and down easily and are designed to stay put, even on windy days. All furnished and ready for you to use right away. (See list at end of this listing for things that are going with us) As a nice plus, electric outlets are provided in the Pavilion for your favorite devices. Of course, there are RV hookups for water, sewer, electricity and cable TV. Roll your RV in and hookup and enjoy. The Pavilion is equipped with top notch lighting, for great use at night, whether entertaining or just chilling out. The automatic timer is a nice addition that turns the lights on when you want them and remembers to turn them off when you retire for bed. If that isn’t enough, the site includes not one, but two high-quality storage sheds. These are great to store your extra belongings. But it gets better than that. The shed on the right is 12’ x 9’ and is equipped with cabinets, water, sewer, electricity, heating, cooling and modern washer and dryer. This is one of the few sites that has a washer and dryer as they are “grandfathered” in based upon when they were installed. We have supporting documentation. The shed on the left is 7’ x 10’ and has power, heating, cooling, internet cabling and a high-quality Wi-Fi router. Great for a mini office with or without your computer. The heating and cooling for the shed on the left, is controllable remotely via the network and the Internet. All decorations go with the site. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
