Talk about doing things the right way. The upgrades that were put in this condo just 7 years ago are top quality and well thought out. Some you can see, and some you cannot. Upgrades you can see: The Sellers opened up the kitchen to make it much more spacious – the space is now functional and comfortable. By removing the mini-bar area and putting the refrigerator in its place, plus moving the original kitchen “bar,” the kitchen accommodates a few people without bumping into each other. Appliances were also replaced, including adding a gas stove and oven. The deck was made a little smaller to add square footage to the interior (about 32 square feet) PLUS, the basement area has been opened to create additional square footage. The basement also houses the washer, dryer, water heater (formerly in the bedroom closet), storage and an extra refrigerator. All baseboard heaters were replaced; they are now smaller and more compact and, therefore, take up less space. Upgrades you cannot see: All electrical was re-done and a larger electrical panel was installed, all plumbing was re-done with copper, a forced-air unit with a humidifier was installed. Remodel was done locally by Scott Berry. Ask for a list of improvements.”
