The generator is sized to do the whole house. It's a 16KW aluminum unit. I had the annual maintenance done 4/13/2020 by Forrest Jordan LLC. They changed the oil and filters. It costs $260. It's a scheduled appointment.
The tankless Hot Water Heater is on the outside of the house on the utility platform. The controller is located in the laundry room. This is a commercial sized hot water heater and it was installed by the Gas Company.
Boat Lift:
The boat slings are folded up under the house for storage. The only needs to get one fitting that is a 7/16" galvanized shackle. It got dropped in the water when the straps were removed. The sellers boat was a 23 foot Polar walk around with twin 115 HP engines so the lift will hold a similar size and weight boat. Who owns the boat dock?
