The generator is sized to do the whole house. It's a 16KW aluminum unit. I had the annual maintenance done 4/13/2020 by Forrest Jordan LLC. They changed the oil and filters. It costs $260. It's a scheduled appointment.

The tankless Hot Water Heater is on the outside of the house on the utility platform. The controller is located in the laundry room. This is a commercial sized hot water heater and it was installed by the Gas Company.

Boat Lift:
The boat slings are folded up under the house for storage. The only needs to get one fitting that is a 7/16" galvanized shackle. It got dropped in the water when the straps were removed. The sellers boat was a 23 foot Polar walk around with twin 115 HP engines so the lift will hold a similar size and weight boat. Who owns the boat dock?
The boat dock is shared by the neighbor to the right. The newest boards have been completed by the neighbor as you can see. The covered boat lift on the left belongs to 1941 Biscayne. The walkway approaching both slips is shared. There is a survey available for the buyers use.

The landscape:
Emerald Coast Lawns has been maintaining the property. Full irrigation in the front and back yard. The back left of the property has been kept natural. Enjoy the beach and quiet waves at your own home.

The master closet:
There are plenty of cabinets that fill the walk in closet. The island piece is optional but the seller can take prior to the home sale, if the buyer does not need it for more walk room.

So much space for storage, working out, parking vehicles and having the elevator right there when you need it! The elevator goes to the 2nd floor only where the master, living room, kitchen, laundry room and movie theater are.
The far right side of the garage has double entry/exit to make it more convenient for driving the mowers and other equipment through to the back yard. Brand new garage door was installed in April 2020.
