So, we know the homes are built extremely well and what better place than Hoschton. This little development has only two cul-de-sac streets. So, not an abundance of traffic and a quaint community feel. Near all the treasures of Jackson, Barrow, and Hall counties but in Gwinnett County just around the corner from I-85. Given the location, the home value proposition, and the price; it really won’t be around too long.
