Just a short stroll away, you'll find the pristine white-sand beaches of the Gulf Coast, where you can swim, sunbathe, or simply relax to the rhythm of the waves. Enjoy nearby restaurants, shops, and activities that capture the essence of coastal living. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, The Wharf, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan, Waterville USA, The Track Family Fun Park, Dolphin Cruises, and The Hot Shop at The Coastal Arts Center.
For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Late check-out is only available based on availability and needs to be checked on the same day with the housekeeper. If a late check-out is not available, guests are requested to free the unit by the specified check-out time. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
