The Fawn River Duck Club, now being offered for sale for the first time in over 40 years. The diked area encompasses 216 acres of open water marsh, scattered potholes, channels and a variety of wetland cover types. The marsh has a system in place that controls seasonal water levels. The Fawn River is considered a high-quality recreational river, with clear waters and home to many bluegill and bass. The Fawn River starts where the headwaters rise in a series of lakes and marshes in Steuben County Indiana and flows west-northwest into Michigan then into the St. Joseph River just a few miles west from the Fawn River Duck Club property. The property is 4 miles west of Constantine, 8 miles southeast of Three Rivers, 4 miles northeast of White Pigeon, 5.5 miles north of I-90 and 115 miles east of Chicago.
