When we first decided to purchase a home in Arizona, we wanted an active adult community that was lush and green, had well cared for golf courses and lots to do at the recreation centers. We loved what we saw in Westbrook Village and have never been disappointed. After looking for some time for the perfect home we fell in love with this home. It was just the right size and had a floor plan that feels much more spacious than what the square footage would indicate. When you walk into this home you have a total view of the covered back patio and very private yard. The north facing back yard is large with a block wall fence for privacy. The great room has tall cathedral ceilings along with the formal dining space. We have a huge master suite on the back end of the home overlooking the patio and back yard. The master bath is large enough for 2 sink basins, and a nice sized walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is large as well. The guest bedroom is up front and is very quiet. There is a full guest bath in excellent condition like the rest of the home. There is an indoor laundry room. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets with a pantry, small breakfast room bay on the back of the home and it is nice and bright. The Heat Pump/AC was replaced in 2019. This is a corner lot and is located not too far from the rec centers. The garage is a nice sized 2 car garage. We designed the yard to be very low maintenance while maintaining the green theme. Sometimes we sit out on the front patio with our neighbors enjoying the neighborhood. We have enjoyed living part time in Arizona, this community, and this home very much and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we have. We are offering it with a turn key option as well.
