No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the premises and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. [SI]
