Important House Rules: Before booking this property, guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 3 cars, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back, and parking in front of other houses is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed, as additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For awareness, there is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell with motion detection for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided, and if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
