Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 3 cars, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Parking in front of other houses is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older, and guests should remain responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Avoid using provided towels to remove makeup or clean items that could stain them, as this may result in an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but refills are the guest's responsibility.
