Parking is available in the garage or visitor parking spaces, but repeated overnight parking in visitor spaces is not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside, outside, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee for any evidence of smoking. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection. Utility caps apply with a $150 utility allowance per 30 days, and guests are responsible for any overages. All homes are inspected every 30 days for maintenance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the reservation holder must be present unless approved in advance. A background check and additional screening fee apply.
