The house is a 1,215 sq.ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath Mid-century modern with a carport and patio, 12x16ft. barn with a loft, surrounded by tall water oaks, and a spring-fed creek in the front yard (the spring, too!). In our seven years here, we've replaced the whole roof and decking, replaced the power mast, updated some wiring, replaced all windows with super fancy sealed windows, new massive patio door, added ceiling fans, replaced appliances, sinks, toilets, exterior paint, and replaced the HVAC with a Trane unit.
