As you enter the property from the front field the topography gently slopes down from the road into established open hardwoods and then down into a valley where there is a creek and an old hunting cabin. There is a small pond just up the hill from the cabin with some mature apple trees to attract wildlife. Overlooking the pond and the small cleared area is a tower blind with a true stair case. On the east side of the creek the topography gently slopes uphill into open hardwoods with some thick areas that offer bedding for whitetail deer.
