Well lit and updated below level one bedroom. I've been there myself and it doesnt feel like its a basement unit. All the pipes are high. I'm 6'4 and had no trouble. Unit also has storage space in the apartment. Bathroom is updated and sleek. Tenant spoke of hot water pipe running through apartment for the entire building. Says it gave off a lot of heat and as smaller women never had to turn on the heat in winter.
