You can exchange a week for similar accommodations at the St. Regis Aspen or the Scottsdale's Phoenician Resort. You are also can put a week in the St. Regis rental program. Or, another option is to convert them to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Level points to enjoy stays at over 6700 Marriott Hotels & Resorts including 29 brands (Sheraton, Westin, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, Le Meridian, etc.).
