Nothing was spared in the design and construction techniques of this home. The level of attention to detail and quality is not the norm for sure. The drilled well is all in as well as the 3 bedroom septic system. There is a 1000 gallon propane tank in place and piped to the structure with 800 gallons of propane in it.
