Excellent location and within walking distance to grocery store, eateries and ice cream shop. Freshly painted living room and hallway and the kitchen and bedrooms were recently painted. Enjoy one of two balconies of which one is overlooking the pool just off the living room and one is off the Master Bedroom. The owner replaced the kitchen cabinets, sink and replaced the counter-tops with Granite. The toilets and vanities in both bathrooms have been updated. The owner also updated the flooring with LVP throughout (except bathrooms have Travertine tile). Both sets of sliding doors have been replaced and both balconies have new indoor/outdoor carpet that was just installed. This elevator building offers parking underneath as well as overflow parking.
