Free parking is available in the two-car garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, and a sofa bed is available in the living room.

Smoking is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The electric fireplace should be used with caution and not left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances.
