If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old, and guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Access details will be shared 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement.
